SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer two types of products:
• Original paintings are shipped directly from Turkey.
• Printed posters are produced and shipped from the United States by our trusted production partner.
Shipping times and origin depend on the product type and are specified on each product page.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products are created or printed specifically for your order.
For these items, production time may take 3–10 days before the order is shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note:
Processing and production times may be slightly extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 9–25 business days
Europe: 7–21 business days
Asia: 7-21 bussines days
Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days
We work exclusively with trusted international carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order.
3. Expedited Shipping (Upon Request)
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping can be arranged upon request.
Please contact us before placing your order, and we will check available express delivery options for your destination and provide a quote.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
For some destinations, free shipping promotions may be available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once the package has been shipped.
Tracking updates may require several days to appear, especially for international shipments.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
However:
Customers in the United States do NOT need to pay customs duties.
All items enter the U.S. duty-free for the buyer.
For other countries:
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
7. Delivery Delays
Although rare, delivery delays may occur due to:
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Postal service disruptions
Busy holiday seasons
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee the delivery of orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
