Refund & Returns Policy

At NatalyMak, each artwork is created with care.
If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The artwork does not match the description

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The artwork must be in its original condition

  • Return shipping must be securely packaged

Important:

Digital products and custom/personalized artworks are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@natalymak.com with your order number and photos of the issue

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

  4. After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrived damaged:

    • Take photos of the packaging and the artwork

    • Contact us immediately

    • We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
